A pocket-sized starter kit from SMOK, the ultra-compact Priv M17 Starter Kit measures less than 3″ long and fits comfortably into any pocket. The large side bar fire button helps keep the chassis sleek while providing an ergonomic feel during operation. 

Powering the Priv M17 is a 1200mAh built-in battery. This strong internal battery provides enough power to fire the Priv M17 all the way up to 60W at maximum output. A LED light on top of the device glows during operation and charging. 

Paried with the Priv M17 Kit is the Stick M17 Sub-Ohm Tank. Featuring a 2mL vape juice capacity and a hinged top-fill system with lock. The Stick M17 is a compact tank that can produce some seriously dense clouds. Compatible with SMOK M17 Stick Coils.

The Priv M17 Kit comes with a Priv M17Mod and the Stick 17MM tank. The mod is slim and ergonomically designed. Its shape is not unlike that of a grill lighter. I personally rather like the design. It fits in my pocket very nicely.

As many others undoubtedly have noticed as well, I have noticed that the mouth-to-lung devices have become more popular than direct-to-lung. I’ve heard from both novice and experienced vapers about the benefits. SMOK has noticed as well, and has styled their new device to be something between a pen vape and a box mod. 

This mod’s takes on a look of being a beginner’s mod. It has a simplistic design. What makes this mod particularly interesting to me is that experienced vapers like it as well. With the sleek and small size, I think it takes on the appearance of a beginner’s mod- nice and simple.

Well, let’s look at it. It’s not an exaggeration or put down to call it simple. There are no adjustment buttons or indicators (besides the LED light, barely visible under the tank) on this device. It looks nice and friendly for novices. It’s comfortable and easy to use without risking a pocket fire

Let’s take a look at the hardware side of this mod.

The mod is built from stainless steel. It is big enough to not feel like it is disposable while being compact enough to fit in a pocket. 

This mod is quite durable and has a large lateral fire key, offering more convenient operations. It even has a little LED indicator.

The Stick 17MM tank has a 2ml capacity and an included Stick M17 coil. Together, these achieve great vaping power. It also comes in 9 beautiful colors.

The 0.6ohm coils are so far pretty good for mouth-to-lung vaping. Many users are saying the coils are long lasting and are producing some pretty awesome impact. I rather like the open draw. Closing  it leads to a snug mouth to lung draw, open lets restricted vapors get more. 

This is rather compact. The kit is 70mm high, but only 26.8mm in diameter and weighs 77.2g. The tank has a 2ml capacity, 55mm height, 17.5mm diameter, and 32g weight.

Priv M17 may not be a big mod, but it’s powerful with a max output of 60W. It even has a 1200mAh battery capacity. The fire key runs down most of the length of the kit. It also comes with multiple protections. It has 8-second cut-off, low voltage protection, and short circuit protection. 

The Priv M17 comes with the M17 Cobra Drip Tip, a slim 510 connector with the cobra style that brings increased airflow and smooth tactility. The airflow can be easily adjusted by turning the ring at the atomizer’s base.  

This kit comes with the Stick M17 dual coil 0.ohm for stable vapor and smooth airflow, but can also use the Stick M17 that brings silky taste and dense vapor.

The tank features a simple top fill system and a leak-proof e-liquid fill slot.  

One of the things I particularly like about this kit is how adjustable the airflow is. The base has two adjustable air slots, creating a great airflow duct into the tank.
